2. Material quality

For molded bottles now, most are small capacity injection bottles and large capacity infusion bottles. Brown bottles are mainly syrup oral liquid bottles.
If you require a good appearance, a good transparency and a good finish of the bottle, you can choose high white materials or some called crystal white materials, mainly high-end wine bottles, such as Wuliangye and Jinjiu bottles. There are also bottles in the daily chemical series, but such products have poorer physical and chemical properties than medicinal materials, some of which may rupture at high temperatures, and some indicators exceed the specifications.
3. Production and price of glass bottles
For glass bottles with a capacity of more than 250-300ml, it is recommended to use a drip machine for production. Most domestic bottles have 6 or 8 orders.
If the capacity is below 250-50 milliliters, it is recommended to use a double drop machine for production. Most domestic products are 6 pairs or 8 pairs.
If the volume is below 50-5ml, there are currently 3 drops and 4 drops in China. 5 drops or 6 drops of equipment, which requires a large quantity
4. Glass bottle proofing time:
In the current market economy, various glass bottle factories are competing with each other and all want to obtain more orders in order to achieve better profits. As a salesperson, you must want to receive more orders. Some glass bottle manufacturers that have been doing well for a long time have a detailed review process for orders, but the review time may be longer. Generally, small enterprises are very flexible and feel able to do so after receiving samples, "Samples can be produced within 20 days. We can calculate that from sample production, we usually find professional mold manufacturers to make molds, and some of them are processed by ourselves. From bottle drawing drawings (2-3 days) to customer confirmation (1-2 days) to mold production, if it is a single drop of 6 groups or a double group of 4 groups, it will take at least 10 sets of molds, and mold production will take about 10 days, (if it is a sample mold, it will be faster) plus other time of 5 days,", This can take up to 20 days, followed by an estimated 5 days for machine proofing, which can take up to a month. However, many customization parties now require samples to be obtained within 15 or 20 days, which means that the manufacturer has to rush in some aspects, and some even sample in mismatched production lines. Products with less stringent quality requirements can also be used. If the product is of a different type, it is difficult to produce qualified samples if the material properties and mold design do not match.
